Notes:
This factory built, single seat, low wing monoplane is of all wood construction originally powered with a converted Crosley automobile engine. Mooney later recalled the aircraft and installed the more powerful Lyoming 0-145. Later aircraft could be purchased with a 65 Hp Continental engine (C Model) or the Lycoming (L Model). The M-18 Mite was also available in kit form as the M-18X. This example is serial no. 3.
